Juvenile participant definition

Juvenile participant means a juvenile who has been alleged to have committed a delinquent act, as defined in section 19-1-103 (36), who is required to appear before an eligible court. "Juvenile participant" includes the juvenile's parent, guardian, or legal custodian.
