Key Cast definition

Key Cast means any person listed in the Key Cast section in the Key Cast and Crew List.
Key Cast means any person specified as key cast in the Production Particulars schedule; Marketing Materials means materials created to market the Production, including posters, digital advertisements, still photographs, trailers, promotions reels and artwork, paid for from the Budgeted Cost or otherwise acquired by the Producer or the Production Company; Marketplace Contributors means the persons specified under “Marketplace” in the Finance Plan; NFSA means the National Film and Sound Archive of Australia; NFSA Deed means the deed between the Producer and the NFSA in relation to the Production in the form approved by Screen NSW; Overage means any sum over the Budgeted Cost required to Complete, Deliver and market the Production after deduction of any amount paid by the Completion Guarantor (if applicable);

Examples of Key Cast in a sentence

  • Production and Delivery shall not be conditioned upon the rendition of services by any Key Cast or Key Crew member or any other party except pursuant to the Specifications.

  • Producer has entered contracts for the exclusive (or non-exclusive but first priority) services of each Essential Element, if any, has or will enter into such contracts for each other Key Cast and Key Crew member, and has or, before their execution, will provide Completion Guarantor with copies of the same for Completion Guarantor's timely comment and approval.

  • Prior to the execution hereof, Producer shall submit to Completion Guarantor, for Completion Guarantor's timely comment or approval, a true and complete copy of each such insurance policy (or certificate evidencing the same), receipts for the insurance premiums paid and, with respect to cast insurance, a cast log evidencing that all Key Cast members and the Director are fully insurable without any non-standard restriction, exclusion, exemption or limitation.

  • Except for compensation that is deferred and becomes due and payable, if ever, only after Delivery is completed and Completion Guarantor is irrevocably, fully, and forever discharged from all of its obligations, liabilities, and debts under the Completion Documents, the Budget shall include the full amount of any cash compensation due to each Key Cast and Key Crew member.

  • Before the execution hereof, Producer shall submit to Completion Guarantor, for Completion Guarantor's timely comment or approval, a true and complete copy of each such insurance policy (or certificate evidencing the same), receipts for the insurance premiums paid and, concerning cast insurance, a cast log evidencing that all Key Cast members and the Director are fully insurable without any non-standard restriction, exclusion, exemption or limitation.

  • Subject to the Specifications, Production and Delivery shall not be conditioned upon the rendition of services by any Key Cast or Key Crew member or any other party.

  • Producer will simultaneously give no less than two (2) Business Days’ prior notice to each such Distributor (and any other third party having approval rights in regard thereto) for their approval and upon the expiration of the two (2) Business Day period, Producer shall immediately notify Key Cast and Key Crew members the extent to which the proposed changes have been approved or rejected.

  • Except for compensation that is deferred and payable, if ever, after Delivery has been completed and Completion Guarantor has been irrevocably, fully and forever discharged of its obligations under the Completion Documents, the Budget shall include the full amount of any cash compensation due to each Key Cast and Key Crew member.

  • Peer Group Companies means the following companies: .

  • Scheduled Castes means such castes, races or tribes or parts of, or groups within, such castes, races or tribes as are deemed to be Scheduled Castes, in relation to the State of Maharashtra under article 341 of the Constitution of India;

  • Full Value Award means an Award other than in the form of an ISO, NQSO, or SAR, and which is settled by the issuance of Shares.

  • Closed panel plan means a plan that provides health benefits to covered persons primarily in the form of services through a panel of providers that have contracted with or are employed by the plan, and that excludes benefits for services provided by other providers, except in cases of emergency or referral by a panel member.

  • CBC means the Collective Bargaining Committee

  • Total Shareholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a Share.

  • Co-op Shares Shares issued by private non-profit housing corporations.

  • Relative Total Shareholder Return means for the Incentive Period the Total Shareholder Return of the Company compared to the Total Shareholder Return of the Peer Group, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit C.

  • Acquiror Board means the board of directors of Acquiror.

  • Award Opportunity means a cash award opportunity established under the Plan for a Participant by the Committee pursuant to such terms, conditions, restrictions and/or limitations, if any, as the Committee may establish.

  • Plan Share Award or "Award" means a right granted to a Participant under this Plan to earn or to receive Plan Shares.

  • Target Shareholders means the holders of Target Shares;

  • Board or Board of Directors means the Board of Directors of the Company.

  • Worst Performance (final means the Performance of the Basket Componentj (final) specified as follows:Performance of the Basket Componentj (final) = mini= 1, ..., N [Ki (final) / Ki (initial)]

  • Performance Cash Award means an award of cash granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(ii).

  • Closed season means all times, manners of taking, and places

  • Qualified Performance-Based Award means an Award intended to qualify for the Section 162(m) Exemption, as provided in Section 11.

  • Peer Group means the group of companies, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit A, against which the Relative Total Shareholder Return of the Company is measured over the Incentive Period.

  • Total Stockholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a share of the Company’s common stock.

  • Parent Award means the Electrical Electronic and Communication Contracting Industry (State) Award.

  • Group Companies means, collectively, the Company and each of its Subsidiaries.

  • Board of Directors or Board means the Board of Directors of Duroply Industries Limited as constituted from time to time.

  • Group Company means any one of them;

  • sports award means an award made by one of the Sports Councils named in section 23(2) of the National Lottery etc Act 1993 out of sums allocated to it for distribution under that section;

  • Plan Objective means the objective of securing the return described in the brochure to which these Terms and Conditions are attached.

  • Performance Cash means any cash incentives granted pursuant to Article 9 payable to the Participant upon the achievement of such performance goals as the Committee shall establish.
