Budgeted Cost means the estimated cost of a Facility or Discrete Component as shown on Exhibit B hereto.
Budgeted Cost for the Development of a DC Project shall equal the sum of (i) the Approved Cost of the Work for such DC Project, plus (ii) the Contingency Amount (defined in Section 2.5.1.2 below) based on such Approved Cost of the Work. Budgeted Cost.
