Key Consultants definition

Key Consultants means any executive-level employee of Xxxx BioPharma, Inc., as well as any employee or consultant of Xxxx BioPharma, Inc. who either alone or in concert with others develops, invents, programs or designs any Company Intellectual Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.
Key Consultants has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(y).
