VERTICAL TRANSPORTATION. 8.1 The building is served by automatically programmed traction passenger and goods lifts as required. 8.2 The lift systems have indicator lights in the lift lobbies. Smoke detectors shall be installed in the elevator lobbies to signal the elevators their designated floor and should also have automatic elevator recall. 4. Every elevator cab shall be provided with a two way emergency communications system provided with emergency power.

VERTICAL TRANSPORTATION. Tenant shall be permitted to use the freight elevators subject to Exhibit C and Section 10.4 of the Lease. Subject to Section 10.4 of the Lease, Tenant acknowledges that Tenant’s use of freight elevators is subject to the reasonable requirements for the use of the freight elevators in connection with (a) the operation of the Building and (b) other work being performed by or on behalf of other tenants in the Building.
