Key Position definition

Key Position. (11/18) means a job position critical to the success of the Project as identified in Section
Key Position has meaning set forth Section 4.02(1).
Key Position means each of the following positions:

Examples of Key Position in a sentence

  • The individuals filling the Key Positions shall perform the Services for the period of time and at the level of dedication set forth in Exhibit 5 for the applicable Key Position.

  • Any personnel that are not certified to the required standard within 30 days after award/appointment would be considered unqualified and not able to serve in a Key Position.

  • It consists for example of assessments, individual career coachings, E-learning, a digitalization learning world, a career manual, a day in the shoes of, interesting books, development webinars and workshops, and much more.

  • However, Contractor may propose and Owner may reasonably approve the use of individuals having no prior experience in a Key Position.

  • Coupa shall not unreasonably remove any individual in a Key Position during the performance of the applicable SOW, without the prior written notice to Customer.


More Definitions of Key Position

Key Position has the meaning given in Clause 10.1;
Key Position means the following senior managerial roles in the Company: (i) COO, (ii) CFO, (iii) CTO, (iv) CHRO, (v) CMO and (vi) CCO;
Key Position means the following eight (8) positions, set out below by type of work: (i) animation: director, screenwriter, music composer or sound designer, lead actor (voice) or second lead (voice), animation director, storyboard supervisor or picture editor, special effects director or stereoscopy director, and layout director; (ii) documentary: director, screenwriter or researcher, music composer, lead actor or narrator, second lead actor or narrator, director of photography, art director or production designer, and picture editor; (iii) fiction: director, screenwriter, music composer, lead actor, second lead actor, director of photography, art director or production designer, and picture editor; (iv) for types of work other than those described above, such as non- linear digital works, the positions to be included in key positions will be determined by mutual written consent of the administrative authorities;
Key Position means a job position critical to the success of the Project as identified in Section 2.12 of this Contract.
Key Position means an ongoing position where a person is a permanent employee for a period of one year prior to the contract and it is vital to the contractor’s ability to perform the contract as he bid it or to the special operation of a crew familiar with each other in their duties to perform, that said person or persons be used on the project in said position(s).
Key Position means the Contractor’s Project Manager, Business Analyst, Technical Lead and Architect, and the Project Manager or Lead person for any subcontractor, or the equivalent positions regardless of titles in Contractor’s proposal.
Key Position. (11/18) means a job position critical to the success of the Contract as identified in Section 3.14 of this Contract.
