Lead Person means an employee who under the direction of his/her manager/director may be responsible for the assigning, scheduling, and reviewing the day to day work activities and quality of work including if necessary, giving technical direction to the employees supervised. The Lead Person may be requested by the manager/director, to indicate the effectiveness of the work product of the employees supervised, and any other work that may be performed (i.e. services, repairs, etc.) on behalf of the Employer.
