Job Position. During the Contract Period, the Executive shall be employed in the Officer Position with the Company and the Bank, or such other corporate or divisional profit center as shall then be the principal successor to the business, assets and properties of the Bank, with a comparable position title and comparable professional job duties, responsibilities and required experience and skill level as were in effect before the Change in Control. The Executive shall devote his or her full time professional effort and attention to the business of the Employer, and shall not, during the Contract Period, be engaged in any other business activity without the written consent of the Employer.
Job Position. Your position and duties with SITEL are as described on Exhibit A hereto with SITEL and as of the Effective Date you will report to the executive position described on Exhibit A hereto. Executive shall devote all of his/her time, attention, knowledge, and skill solely and exclusively to the business and interests of the Company, and the Company shall be entitled to all benefits and profits arising from or incident to any and all work, services, and advice of Executive; provided, however, that Executive shall not be precluded from devoting personal time to personal investments or from serving in outside director and/or advisory positions, as long as such positions do not conflict with Executive’s ability to fully perform his/her duties for the Company and as long as such positions are approved in writing in advance by the Company’s Board of Directors.

Job Position. Your position is CEO and Chairman of the Board with JELD-WEN, inc. and JELD-WEN Holding, inc. As of the Effective Date you will report to the Board of Directors of the Company. The Company will cover you under the Company’s D&O insurance policy as a named insured consistent with coverage offered to the other Officers and Directors. You are expected to exert your best efforts and substantially all your professional time and attention to this position and the successful completion of the tasks and goals mutually agreed upon. You may continue service on the boards of Allegion, PACCAR, and NextEra Energy Resources. Continued directorship on the PACCAR board will be revisited at the end of 2014.
Job Position. Article 2 In the employ of Party A, Party B shall work as a [insert name of the position to be taken by Party B] at Department of Party A as required by Party A’s work allocation. During the Term, Party B agrees to accept any department or job reassignment as demanded by Party A and the corresponding adjustment to Party B’s compensation. Where Party B considers that he/she is unable to adapt him/herself to the new job to which he/she is so reassigned, he/she may preterminate this Contract, which shall not constitute a default of Party B hereunder. In the event that Party A intends to reassign Party B to another position, it shall notify Party B thereof in writing one month in advance.
Article 3 Party B shall complete in a timely fashion and in compliance with Party A’s requirement each task assigned to him/her by Party A within the time limit set by Party A. Party B shall complete the specified workload at the required quality standard in accordance with Party A’s job performance review requirements.
Article 4 Party A implements a five-day a week working hour schedule, under which, the normal working hours shall be 8 hours a day and no more than 40 hours a week. Party A shall ensure that Party B will enjoy a two-day’s weekend each week. Where it is necessary for Party B to do overtime work over the statutory weekend, Party A and Party B agree that in consideration of the time spent by Party B on overtime work, Party B may take time off in lieu during the Term either on an accumulated or individual basis.
Article 5 Party B shall be entitled to statutory public holidays and weekends.
Article 6 Party A shall comply with the laws and regulations in relation to labor protection and provide Party B with a safe and sanitary work environment. Party A shall provide Party B with necessary labor protection articles if required by relevant provisions of the competent governmental authority of the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC” or “China”) based on the nature of the job performed by Party B. During the Term, Party A shall provide Party B with education and training on professional ethics, skills, rules and regulations, and Party B shall proactively attend the same.
Job Position. 2.1 The Employee’s job position shall be Vice President and General Manager APAC. The Employee will report to Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, President and Chief Executive Officer of Atheros U.S. The Shanghai Development Center, including Xxxxxx Xxx and the Ethernet team, will report to the Employee. The Employee’s duties will include working with Xxxxxx Xxx to drive significant revenue growth in the Ethernet business, taking ownership of key strategic greater China customer relationships across all businesses, driving customer delivery for cretain customers and products, and identifying opportunities for organic development or acquisitions that can grow the types of tychologies and sockets Etheros can compete for, and helping lead the growth of particular new areas such as PC Bluetooth.
2.2 The Employee shall be assigned other duties as required and the Employee’s duties may change from time to time on reasonable notice, based upon the needs of Atheros’s business operation and the Employee’s skill, as determined by Atheros.
2.3 The Employee is required to devote his full energies, efforts and abilities to his work and shall fulfill the job assignment in time and in terms of quantity and quality according to Atheros’s requirements.
2.4 During the Term, the Employee is not permitted to engage directly or indirectly in any business activity that competes with Atheros.
Job Position. Your current position is Executive Vice President and President, North America. You are expected to exert your best efforts and substantially all your professional time and attention to this position and the successful completion of the tasks and goals mutually agreed upon.
