Kirkland Options definition

Kirkland Options means the outstanding options to purchase Kirkland Shares granted under or otherwise subject to the Kirkland Legacy Option Plans.
Kirkland Options means options to acquire Kirkland Shares.
Kirkland Options means the outstanding options to purchase Kirkland Shares granted under or otherwise subject to the Kirkland Legacy Option Plans. “Kirkland PSUs” means the outstanding performance share units issued pursuant to the Kirkland LTIP.

Kirkland Options means, at any time, stock options to acquire Kirkland Shares granted under the Kirkland Equity Compensation Plan which are, at such time, outstanding and unexercised, whether or not vested.
Kirkland Options means the outstanding options to purchase Kirkland Shares granted under or otherwise subject to the Kirkland Legacy Option Plans. “Kirkland Permitted Dividends” means quarterly dividends to Kirkland Shareholders not in excess of $0.1875 per Kirkland Share.

  • Option Closing means the closing of the purchase and sale of the Option Shares pursuant to Section 2.2.

  • Option Closing Time means 8:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on any Option Closing Date or such other time on any Option Closing Date as the Company and the Underwriters may agree;

  • Options means any rights, warrants or options to subscribe for or purchase shares of Common Stock or Convertible Securities.

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Option Closing Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(c).

  • Company Stock Options shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.3(a) hereof.

  • Rollover Options has the meaning provided in Subsection 3.1(h).

  • CONCURRENT STOCK APPRECIATION RIGHT or "CONCURRENT RIGHT" means a right granted pursuant to subsection 8(b)(2) of the Plan.

  • Limited Stock Appreciation Right means an Award of a limited Tandem Stock Appreciation Right or a Non-Tandem Stock Appreciation Right made pursuant to Section 7.5 of this Plan.

  • Vested Shares means "Vested Shares" as defined in the Award Agreement.

  • Restricted Stock Units means an Award of stock units subject to such restrictions and conditions as the Administrator may determine at the time of grant.

  • Company Options means any options to purchase shares of Company Common Stock, whether granted pursuant to any of the Company Stock Plans or otherwise.

  • Restricted Stock Purchase Right means a right to purchase Stock granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.

  • Incentive Share Option means an Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereto.

  • INDEPENDENT STOCK APPRECIATION RIGHT or "INDEPENDENT RIGHT" means a right granted pursuant to subsection 8(b)(3) of the Plan.

  • Incentive Shares means Shares awarded pursuant to the provisions of Article 12.

  • Tandem Stock Appreciation Right means the right to surrender to the Company all (or a portion) of a Stock Option in exchange for an amount in cash and/or stock equal to the difference between (i) the Fair Market Value on the date such Stock Option (or such portion thereof) is surrendered, of the Common Stock covered by such Stock Option (or such portion thereof), and (ii) the aggregate exercise price of such Stock Option (or such portion thereof).

  • Restricted Stock Grant means Shares awarded under the Plan as provided in Section 9.

  • Company Stock Option Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.07(a).
