Knowledge of Contributor definition

Knowledge of Contributor or “Contributor’s Knowledge” and any variations thereof or words to the same effect means the actual knowledge of the persons set forth on Schedule 1.1(a) hereto.
Knowledge of Contributor means the actual knowledge after reasonable investigation of Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxxx.
Knowledge of Contributor means the actual knowledge of Contributor, after due investigation and inquiry.

Pxxxxxx Xxxxx) and the President of the Company (a position held by Kxxxx X. Wilshere) and all knowledge which could have been obtained by them upon reasonable inquiry and investigation in their capacities as officers, members or managers of Contributor or the Company.
Knowledge of Contributor. (and any similar expression) means any matters known by, or that should be known following reasonable inquiry by, any Owner.
