Knowledge of Liberty definition

Knowledge of Liberty means the actual knowledge, after due inquiry, of the individuals listed on Section 1.1(c) of the Liberty Disclosure Letter.
Knowledge of Liberty or "Liberty's Knowledge" (or words of similar import) means the actual knowledge of any of the officers or directors of Liberty.
Knowledge of Liberty means the actual knowledge of any of the officers of Liberty.
