Examples of Knowledge of the Acquired Companies in a sentence
To the Knowledge of the Acquired Companies, there are no legally binding oral lease terms inconsistent in any material respect with the written terms of the Leases.
No insurer has (a) questioned, denied or disputed (or otherwise reserved its rights with respect to) the coverage of any claim pending under any insurance policy or (b) to the Knowledge of the Acquired Companies, has threatened to cancel any insurance policy.
