Examples of Knowledge of the Acquired Companies in a sentence
No Acquired Company, any other Person for whose conduct they are or may be held responsible, or to the Knowledge of the Acquired Companies, any other Person has permitted or conducted, or is aware of, any Hazardous Activity conducted with respect to the Facilities or any other properties or assets (whether real, personal, or mixed) in which any Acquired Company has or had an interest except in full compliance with all applicable Environmental Laws.
To the Knowledge of the Acquired Companies, (1) no such Proceeding has been Threatened, and (2) no event has occurred or circumstance exists that may give rise to or serve as a basis for the commencement of any such Proceeding.
All Company Registered Intellectual Property is subsisting and, to the Knowledge of the Acquired Companies, all Company Registered Intellectual Property is valid and enforceable.
