Knowledge Officer definition

Knowledge Officer means, with respect to any Borrower, any Responsible Officer, executive vice president or senior vice president of such Borrower.
Knowledge Officer means, with respect to any Grantor, any Authorized Officer and the General Counsel of such Grantor.
Knowledge Officer means the chief executive officer, chief financial officer, treasurer, chief debt officer, chief accounting officer, or controller.
