Labor Day definition

Labor Day means the legal holiday called Labor Day established in Section 63G-1-301.

  • Labor hours means the total hours of workers receiving an hourly wage who are directly employed on the site of a building improvement or public works project. "Labor hours" includes hours performed by workers employed by the general contractor and all subcontractors working on the project.
