Land Options definition

Land Options means the put options exercisable by each of the counterparties to the Contracts set forth on Schedule 1.02.
Land Options means the option rights and rights under purchase and sale agreements in and to in various land parcels held by entities, the interests in which were acquired, directly or indirectly, by the Company from Enterprise pursuant to the Purchase Agreement and the Buyers Agreement. The land parcels to which such rights relate are more particularly described in Schedule N attached hereto, which Schedule identifies those Land Options allocated to the Equity Residential Parties and those Land Options allocated to AVB.

  • Limited Stock Appreciation Right means an Award of a limited Tandem Stock Appreciation Right or a Non-Tandem Stock Appreciation Right made pursuant to Section 7.5 of this Plan.

  • Option Stock shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a) hereof.

  • Option Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 below.

  • Company Stock Option means each option to purchase shares of Company Common Stock outstanding under the Company Stock Plans.

  • Optioned Shares means Shares subject to an Award granted pursuant to this Plan.

  • Tandem Appreciation Right means an Appreciation Right granted pursuant to Section 5 of this Plan that is granted in tandem with an Option Right.

  • Share Option means a Nonqualified Share Option or an Incentive Share Option.

  • Optioned Stock means the Common Stock subject to an Option.

  • CONCURRENT STOCK APPRECIATION RIGHT or "CONCURRENT RIGHT" means a right granted pursuant to subsection 8(b)(2) of the Plan.

  • Restricted Stock means Shares issued pursuant to a Restricted Stock award under Section 7 of the Plan, or issued pursuant to the early exercise of an Option.

  • Incentive means a term or condition whose purpose is to motivate the Contractor to provide supplies or services at lower costs, and in certain instances with improved delivery or technical performance, by relating the amount of profit or fee earned to the Contractor’s performance.
