Land Use Rules definition

Land Use Rules means the plans, memorandums of understanding, policies, handbooks, guidelines, rules, regulations, bylaws and any other documents no matter how they are titled governing land use and the construction, renovation, maintenance, repair and replacement of buildings on the Campus and in the Village Centre Academic area in the form adopted by UBC's Board of Governors from time to time, and all permits that are required to be issued by the Municipal Authority Having Jurisdiction in connection with the construction, renovation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the Premises by the Lessee from time to time during the Term;
Land Use Rules means the plans, memorandums of understanding, policies, handbooks, guidelines, rules, regulations, bylaws and any other documents no matter how they are titled governing land use and the construction, renovation, maintenance, repair and replacement of buildings on the Campus and in the University Boulevard Neighbourhood in the form adopted by UBC's Board of Governors from time to time, and all permits that are required to be issued by the Municipal Authority Having Jurisdiction in connection with the construction, renovation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the Building by the Lessee from time to time during the Term;
Land Use Rules is part of the Contract and has the same legal force as the Contract. Party B shall abide by the "Land Use Rules".

  • Events, Commercial Activities, and Filming and Photography must comply with all other applicable UBC policies, rules and regulations, including, for example: Land Use Rules adopted by the Board of Governors pursuant to the Land Use Policy, which include Business Licensing; and the Alcohol Policy.

  • Any Reuse Plan amendment or “use-type” variance is subject to approval by the FMERA Board, in its sole discretion, in accordance with the Land Use Rules.

More Definitions of Land Use Rules

Land Use Rules means the City General Plan and the City’s rules, regulations and official policies, including, without limitation, the City’s zoning, subdivision, building and other development regulations, including, without limitation, development conditions and standards, permitted uses, public works standards, subdivision regulations, density, growth management, environmental considerations, provision for reservation or dedication of land for public purposes, grading requirements and design, improvement and construction standards, specifications and criteria applicable to the Project, whether adopted by the City Council or by voters in an initiative.
Land Use Rules means the plans, policies, handbooks, guidelines, rules, regulations, bylaws and any other documents no matter how they are titled, adopted in accordance with policy(ies) passed by the Board of Governors of The University of British Columbia from time to time, including the Development Handbook and all other rules governing land use and the construction, renovation, maintenance, repair and replacement of buildings on the Campus and in the neighbourhood in which the Lands are situate;

Related to Land Use Rules

  • Land Use Regulations means all federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances and plans relating to or governing the use or development of land in the City, including but not limited to environmental, zoning and building code laws and regulations.

  • Site Rules means all rules, regulations, directives and policies notified by the Company from time to time which are intended to be of general application to persons at a Site controlled or managed by the Company.

  • Data Protection Regulation means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 20161 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation);

  • Network Rules means the operating rules of any Network, as may be amended from time to time and provided to Higher One in writing.

  • Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.
