Land Use Rules definition

Land Use Rules means the plans, memorandums of understanding, policies, handbooks, guidelines, rules, regulations, bylaws and any other documents no matter how they are titled governing land use and the construction, renovation, maintenance, repair and replacement of buildings on the Campus and in the Village Centre Academic area in the form adopted by UBC's Board of Governors from time to time, and all permits that are required to be issued by the Municipal Authority Having Jurisdiction in connection with the construction, renovation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the Premises by the Lessee from time to time during the Term;
Land Use Rules means the plans, memorandums of understanding, policies, handbooks, guidelines, rules, regulations, bylaws and any other documents no matter how they are titled governing land use and the construction, renovation, maintenance, repair and replacement of buildings on the Campus in the form adopted by UBC's Board of Governors from time to time, and all permits that are required to be issued by the Municipal Authority Having Jurisdiction in connection with the construction, renovation, maintenance, repair and replacement of the Premises by the Lessee from time to time during the Term;
Land Use Rules means the City General Plan and the City’s rules, regulations and official policies, including, without limitation, the City’s zoning, subdivision, building and other development regulations, including, without limitation, development conditions and standards, permitted uses, public works standards, subdivision regulations, density, growth management, environmental considerations, provision for reservation or dedication of land for public purposes, grading requirements and design, improvement and construction standards, specifications and criteria applicable to the Project, whether adopted by the City Council or by voters in an initiative.

Land Use Rules is part of the Contract and has the same legal force as the Contract. Party B shall abide by the "Land Use Rules".
