MEMORANDUMS OF UNDERSTANDING a) The terms of all amending memoranda of understanding, memoranda of agreement, and letters of agreement identified in the current Collective Bargaining Agreement which would have expired as of January 22, 2021, and any subsequent memoranda or letters signed between the Parties since the last round of negotiations that may not be identified in the agreement, shall be extended for the period of January 23, 2021 through January 22, 2023.

MEMORANDUMS OF UNDERSTANDING. During the course of negotiations for the 2005-2008 DUSA Agreement, the Board and DUSA discussed several important items. Because these items were discussed for the purposes of clarification and idea sharing, the parties agreed that the items should be memorialized. Therefore the parties have set forth these ideas in the Memorandum of Understanding, and specifically agree that the following items are not intended to be part of the DUSA Agreement, nor are they intended nor shall they be subject to the DUSA grievance procedure.

MEMORANDUMS OF UNDERSTANDING. Any existing agreement, memorandum of understanding or like arrangement between the CFA and another fire service or another entity that affects the CFA and the response requirements of one or more employees covered by this agreement is to be submitted to and reviewed by the CFA/UFU Consultative Committee within two months of the date of this agreement. The employer also agrees to consult in accordance with clause 21 (consultative processes) on any proposed new memorandums of understanding with the CFA/UFU Consultative Committee.
