Landfill Waste definition

Landfill Waste means the Residual Inert Matter, duly certified as fit for land filling by the Independent Consultant in accordance with the O&M Requirements.
Landfill Waste. : shall mean the Residual Inert Matter, duly certified as fit for land filling by the Project Engineer in accordance with the Operations Specifications and this Agreement.

Landfill Waste means any waste which is deposited into the landfill at LHRRP, but excludes:
