Landfill Facility definition

Landfill Facility means a facility selected by Contractor, approved by the City and operated, sanctioned and licensed under the laws of the State of Alabama.

Landfill Facility means all contiguous land and structures, waste management unit(s), other appurtenances, and improvements on the land within the legal description of the site included in or proposed for the permit issued in accordance with this Subchapter.

Landfill Facility means the Engineered Sanitary Landfill and all other related facilities located thereon, and any other offsite facilities created for the Project duly designed, engineered, constructed, operated and maintained in accordance with the provisions specified thereto in Schedule 3 and Schedule 6 for the purpose of Land filling.
