Construction Supervisor. ‌ The full-time Construction Supervisor will be available throughout all construction phases of the Project to assist the Construction Manager in verifying implementation of environmental protection provisions and site-restoration activities, as specified in the Certificate. Additionally, the Construction Supervisor will verify that construction field work complies with the Certificate Holder’s construction specifications. The Construction Supervisor will be on-site daily to provide oversight for the Project and will have stop-work authority. The Construction Supervisor and the Engineering Manager will share quality assurance responsibilities.

Construction Supervisor. The construction supervisor’s rights and obligations pursuant to the Building Regulations of Saxony (sächsische Bauordnung) apply to the Contractor. Company shall be notified of the name, address and contact details of the construction supervisor in good time and may only object to such person for good cause.

(d) C&DS, UPJN shall not have any role / obligations in the Project subsequent to the period as specified in Article 5.2 (c) above and thereafter it will no longer remain a Party to the Agreement for any other matter except for any rights and obligations accruing as Construction Supervisor prior to this event and will automatically be substituted by ULB for all future purposes. (e) All fees, costs, charges and expenses payable to the Construction Supervisor in accordance with the terms of its appointment shall be borne by the ULB/GoUP. It is clarified that the Concessionaire shall not be responsible for any fees, costs, charges and expenses payable to the Construction Supervisor.

Exhibit or Exhibits – Shall mean the various exhibits that are attached to this Concession Contract, each of which is hereby made a part of this Concession Contract.

Construction Supervisor. In terms of Section 16 of the Act, the Chief Executive officer of the Vendor-Partner may delegate, in writing, part or all of his powers to a suitable person on the site. The Vendor-Partner shall appoint a full-time Construction Supervisor, in writing, in terms of Regulation 8(1) of the Regulations with the duty of supervising the performance of the construction work. He may also have to appoint one or more competent employees to assist the construction supervisor where, justified by the scope and complexity of the works.
Construction Supervisor. (a) ULB, in consultation with GoUP, can appoint any Person as the Construction Supervisor for the Project.

  • Construction Manager The individual, partnership, corporation, joint venture, or any combination thereof, or its authorized representative, named as such by the District. If no Construction Manager is used on the Project that is the subject of this Contract, then all references to Construction Manager herein shall be read to refer to District.

  • Construction, Etc Each covenant contained herein shall be construed (absent express provision to the contrary) as being independent of each other covenant contained herein, so that compliance with any one covenant shall not (absent such an express contrary provision) be deemed to excuse compliance with any other covenant. Where any provision herein refers to action to be taken by any Person, or which such Person is prohibited from taking, such provision shall be applicable whether such action is taken directly or indirectly by such Person. For the avoidance of doubt, all Schedules and Exhibits attached to this Agreement shall be deemed to be a part hereof.

  • Construction Completion The related Construction shall have been completed substantially in accordance with the related Plans and Specifications, the related Deed and all Applicable Laws, and such Leased Property shall be ready for occupancy and operation. All fixtures, equipment and other property contemplated under the Plans and Specifications to be incorporated into or installed in such Leased Property shall have been substantially incorporated or installed, free and clear of all Liens except for Permitted Liens.

  • WORK BY SUPERVISORS Supervisors and all other excluded employees will not work on any job for which rates are established by this agreement, except for the purpose of instruction, experimenting, safety or environ- mental reasons or when regular employees are not available.

  • Construction Commencement The Connecting Transmission Owner shall commence construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades for which it is responsible as soon as practicable after the following additional conditions are satisfied: 5.6.1 Approval of the appropriate Governmental Authority has been obtained for any facilities requiring regulatory approval; 5.6.2 Necessary real property rights and rights-of-way have been obtained, to the extent required for the construction of a discrete aspect of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades; 5.6.3 The Connecting Transmission Owner has received written authorization to proceed with construction from the Developer by the date specified in Appendix B hereto; and 5.6.4 The Developer has provided security to the Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Article 11.5 by the dates specified in Appendix B hereto.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.
