Lease or Leases definition

Lease or Leases means one or more oil and gas leases subject to this Agreement.

Lease or Leases means any lease or leases the particulars of which are indicated on any Form 23 - Assignment of Lease executed by the Mortgagor in favour of the Mortgagee, and all other leases, agreements to lease, tenancies or agreements granting a right or licence to occupy, and all amendments, renewals or extensions thereof, in all cases whether written or oral, premises comprising all or any part of the Land in respect of which the Mortgagor or its successors and assigns is or becomes the landlord or is the successor of the original landlord.
