Landlord Representative definition

Landlord Representative means the Head of Administration, Man Group Plc;

Landlord Representative means Cxxxx Xxxxxxx or Pxxxx Xxxxxxxx, either of whom shall have the authority to bind the Landlord pursuant to Article 2 below; provided, however, that Landlord can change or replace any Landlord Representative by delivering written notice to Tenant.

Landlord Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

• No Approvals or confirmations by Landlord or Landlord Representative under this Lease shall relieve or release Tenant from any Applicable Laws relating to the design, construction, development, operation or occupancy of the Project Improvements (including Applicable Laws that are procedural, as well as or rather than, substantive in nature).

• If a mutual resolution and settlement are not obtained at the meeting of Landlord Representative and the Tenant Representative, they shall cooperate in a commercially reasonable manner to determine if techniques such as mediation or other techniques of alternate dispute resolution might be useful.

• Prior to undertaking any Tenant’s Remedial Work, Tenant shall obtain the Approval (not to be unreasonably withheld) of Landlord Representative of the steps Tenant proposes to take with respect to any Tenant’s Remedial Work and Tenant shall select, subject to the Approval of Landlord Representative, an independent environmental consultant or engineer to oversee Tenant’s Remedial Work.

• The only functions under this Lease of the Landlord Representative shall be as expressly specified in this Lease.

• The Landlord Representative shall represent the interests of Landlord, be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a Project, and work closely with the Tenant Representative, on behalf of Landlord.

Landlord Representative as defined in Section 11.1.

Landlord Representative means Host Marriott, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or its successor or permitted assigns.

Landlord Representative is defined in the paragraph 28(f) of this Lease.

Landlord Representative means the person or persons designated or to be designated in writing by the Landlord to meet with the Tenant regularly to discuss the progress of the Project and who must coordinate reviews by Landlord staff necessary to m e decisions regarding requested approvals and grant required Landlord approvals under this Agreement. The Tenant shall be entitled to rely on written approvals and written representations made by any Landlord Representative.

Landlord Representative has the meaning provided in Section 26.02(b) hereof. “Landlord’s Engineer” means an engineer selected by Xxxxxxxx that meets the qualifications of an Approved Engineer.

Landlord Representative as defined in Section 27.02(b).

Landlord Representative means the University’s Vice President of Student Affairs, or such officer’s designee.
