Kitchen Area. The kitchen is to be left as it is found. Wipe out sinks, wipe counters/tables/stovetop clean. Floors in the kitchen area are to be left clean.
Kitchen Area. The kitchen is fully functional with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave.
Kitchen Area. Any drawer, cupboard, or equipment locked or marked for “St. Xxxxxxx Use Only” may not be used by the ACTIVITY PARTICIPANT OR FACILTY USER or guests. An inventory is taken after each event and the ACTIVITY PARTICIPANT OR FACILTY USER is responsible for replacing any lost or damaged items. Leftover food is to be removed, unless previous arrangements have been made with parish personnel.

The Landlord does not supply any of the following items: beverages, food, condiments, pots and pans, cooking utensils, or table linens. 3. All garbage, food, and beverages must be removed from the Community Hall following the event.
Kitchen Area. A. Food service paper goods should be provided by families, congregations, and ALL other gathering groups. This includes large gatherings sponsored by the State BYF and the Christian Sisters’ Union. B. Use appliances properly and clean them after their use. C. Be sure stove burners/oven controls are in OFF position when you are finished using them. D. Wash all dishes, pots and utensils and store in MARKED areas. E. Please do not leave any items in the refrigerator or ovens. Also, do not use/borrow Encampment pots or containers to take left -overs home with you. F. Food scraps may be taken to compost pile, or left covered in kitchen pail if group members do not know location of compost pile. G. Wet towels are to be left in marked basket provided by camp. H. Kitchen floor should be wet mopped, if needed.
Kitchen Area. Rental of the Association Hall may include the Kitchen Area. If you agree to rent the kitchen, you are accountable for the following:  All cooking equipment, pots/pans/serving utensils.  Complete cleaning of the kitchen, stove and sink area.  Wet mopping the kitchen floor after use.  Removal of all your foods and beverages.  All trash removal from the kitchen.
Kitchen Area. Please inform a staff member if you plan to use the kitchen during your rental. The kitchen is to be for short term food preparation and warming. Any foods which require more than thirty (30) minutes of cooking time must be done off site prior to Train Station rental period. No fried food preparation allowed inside the Train Station per the fire code. Minimal cookware, silverware, dishes, utensils, etc. are provided for use by the renter. These items must be washed, dried, and put away for the next renter before departing from the building. The use of alcoholic beverages is prohibited at the Train Station unless it is being served with a meal and must be consumed inside the building. Renters are responsible for obtaining a banquet and any necessary liquor license(s) from the Virginia Department of Alcohol Beverage Control (VA ABC). The sale of alcohol at any event in the Train Station is strictly prohibited. Smoking is NOT permitted inside any area of the facility. Receptacles are provided on the porch area for those who smoke. Renters are responsible for leaving the facility clean and in good order. Renters must supply their own cleaning supplies such as dish soap, paper towels, bathroom cleaner, sponges, plastic trash bags, etc. Altavista Area Chamber of Commerce ONLY supplies hand soap, toilet tissue, and hand towels in the rest rooms. Renters should clean the following areas: • Walls, counters, cabinets, stove, refrigerator, microwave, etc. should be wiped down. • All dishes and utensils should be put away. • Refrigerator should be left empty. • All trash must be bagged and removed from the Train Station and deposited in the trash containers on the porch area of the facility. If the containers are full, the renter is responsible for removing the extra bags. The renter should NOT leave any trash inside the building. • Tables and chairs should be wiped down and stacked against the walls or in the closet. • Floors must be swept and mopped, including the bathroom floors. If the facility is rented by a group or organization, a responsible party will be asked to sign the rental agreement and provide photo identification and credit/debit card.
