Landscape Buffer Zone definition

Landscape Buffer Zone means the land identified coloured green on Plan 8 (Landscape Buffer and Boundary Strips) of the S106 Agreement;
Landscape Buffer Zone means that area adjacent to any vehicular use area or along common boundaries in which the perimeter landscape requirements are to be met.
