Landscaping Works definition

Landscaping Works means the landscaping works to be completed in accordance with the PDA Development Approval and any other legal requirements.
Landscaping Works means the landscaping works including all plant material, screening, treatment of all exterior surfaces, lighting, drainage of planted areas, and all hard landscape features, as set out in the landscape plan respecting the Property as shown in Schedule 1 attached to this Agreement, and the Maintenance.
Landscaping Works means all work described in the Landscaping Plan other than any landscaping work that is part of the Stormwater Management Works.

More Definitions of Landscaping Works

Landscaping Works means landscaping works approved by the Covenantees in accordance with Clause 5(b) of the Licence
Landscaping Works means the Contribution Items numbered 1.03, 1.04, 1.05, 1.06, 1.07, 1.08, 1.09. 1.10 and 1.
Landscaping Works means all the work to be executed in accordance with this Agreement and as more particularly set out in schedules 2 and 3;

Related to Landscaping Works

  • Landscaping means the treatment of land (other than buildings) being the site or part of the site in respect of which this planning permission is granted, for the purpose of enhancing or protecting the amenities of the site and the area in which it is situated and includes screening by fences, walls or other means of enclosure; measures to screen the refuse provision; planting of trees, hedges, shrubs or grass; formation of banks, terraces or other earth works, laying out of gardens, paved areas or courts and other amenity features.

  • Landscape means an area, as perceived by people, whose character is the result of the action and interaction of natural and/or human factors;

  • drainage work means any watercourse and includes any land which is expected to provide flood storage capacity for any watercourse and any bank, wall, embankment or other structure, or any appliance, constructed or used for land drainage or flood defence;

  • Sewage Works means all facilities for collecting, pumping, treating, and disposing of sewage.

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Landscape waste means any vegetable or plant waste except garbage. The term includes trees, tree trimmings, branches, stumps, brush, weeds, leaves, grass, shrubbery, and yard trimmings.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth).

  • Landscape architect means a person who holds a license to practice landscape architecture in the state of California Business and Professions Code, Section 5615.

  • Pavement means any type of improved surface that is within the public right-of-way and that is paved or otherwise constructed with bituminous, concrete, aggregate, or gravel.

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.

  • Building Systems means any electrical, mechanical, structural, plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, sprinkler, life safety or security systems serving the Building.

  • Interior means the spaces, parts, components or elements of an individual dwelling unit.

  • Common Area means all real property owned by the Association for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners.

  • Sidewalk means that portion of a street between the curb lines, or the lateral lines of a roadway, and the adjacent property lines intended for the use of pedestrians.

  • Plumbing means plumbing as defined in Section 1(1) of the Act.

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.
