Law and regulations means and includes state and federal law and regulations.
Law and regulations means any and all applicable federal, provincial, regional, municipal or local laws, by-laws, codes, regulations, ordinances, rules, statues and orders in existence on the date of execution of this Agreement or brought into existence during the term of this Agreement and any amendments thereto.
