LCAP definition

LCAP means a Litigation Course Accreditation Panel established under Rule 6; “Manager” in relation to a body, has the same meaning as in the Legal Services Act 2007;
LCAP means the Sheerwater Local Community Action Plan 2008; “LDD” means Local Development Documents;

  • Over the counter (OTC) means any contract concerning a commodity, security, currency or other financial instrument(s) which is not traded on a regulated stock or commodity exchange but “over the counter”.

  • Normal Market Size for CFD trading shall mean the maximum number of units of the Underlying Asset that are transmitted by the Company for execution.
