Lease Certificate definition

Lease Certificate set forth in Section 1.60 of the Mortgage shall be amended and restated as follows, and all references to the term “Lease Certificate” contained in the Mortgage shall be deemed to refer to such amended and restated definition: “means, collectively, the Certificate Concerning Leases and Financial Condition, dated as of March 8, 2011, and the Certificate Concerning Leases and Financial Condition, dated as of the Assumption Date, each made by Mortgagor to Mortgagee concerning, among other things, the Leases.”
Lease Certificate is attached as Exhibit E.
Lease Certificate means a duly executed and completed certificate delivered to the Lender in the form of Exhibit I hereto for each Project Company.

  • The Lease Certificate contains a true and correct description of all Leases presently affecting the Property.

Lease CertificateThe Certificate Concerning Secondary Leases dated as of March 24, 2004, and effective as of the Effective Date, made by Mortgagor to Mortgagee concerning the Secondary Leases.

  • Release Certificate means a Release Certificate in the form attached to this Appendix "C" as Schedule 2 executed by a duly authorized officer of the Custodian and delivered by the Custodian to the applicable Fund by facsimile transmission or in such other manner as such Fund and the Custodian may agree in writing.

  • Pricing Certificate means an Officer’s Certificate of Company certifying the Consolidated Leverage Ratio as at the last day of any Fiscal Quarter and setting forth the calculation of such Consolidated Leverage Ratio in reasonable detail.
