Lease Consents has the meaning set forth in Section 7(a) below.

Lease Consents has the meaning set forth in Section 3(n)(ii)(B) below.
Lease Consents means all consents under, or amendments or waivers of any provision of, any Leases required (i) to assign the Lease or sublease the applicable Leased Real Property to Computer Sciences GS or its applicable Subsidiary on the terms and conditions of this Agreement and (ii) in order to prevent a breach or default thereunder, in connection with the consummation of the Distribution.
