Lease Consents has the meaning set forth in Section 7(a) below.

Examples of Lease Consents in a sentence

• Adaptec shall pay all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection with obtaining the Lease Consents, including, without limitation, Landlord's consent fees and attorneys' fees and any costs and expenses relating to re-negotiation of Adaptec's Leases.

• Agilent shall pay all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection with obtaining the Lease Consents, including, without limitation, Landlord’s consent fees and attorneys’ fees and any costs and expenses relating to re-negotiation of Agilent’s Leases and Keysight’s Leases.

• CSC or its applicable Subsidiary shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain such Lease Consents.

More Definitions of Lease Consents

Lease Consents means all consents under, or amendments or waivers of any provision of, any Leases required (i) to assign the Lease or sublease the applicable Leased Real Property to Computer Sciences GS or its applicable Subsidiary on the terms and conditions of this Agreement and (ii) in order to prevent a breach or default thereunder, in connection with the consummation of the Distribution.

Lease Consents means all consents, waivers or amendments required from the Landlord or other third parties under the Relevant Leases to assign the Relevant Leases to Enterprise or HP, as applicable, or to sublease the Sublease Properties to Enterprise or HP, as applicable or to sublease the Leaseback Properties to HP or Enterprise, as applicable.

Lease Consents means, as applicable all Consents required from the Landlord and/or other third parties under the Relevant Leases (including, without limitation, a waiver of a right to recapture the Leased Property, if applicable) to assign the Relevant Leases to an applicable Spinco Asset Transferee, or to sublease the Leased Property to an applicable Spinco Asset Transferee, or to enter into any of the other transactions contemplated by the Separation Agreement or this Agreement.

Lease Consents means the written consents of any landlord or party that is required under a Lease in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
