Prior to the commencement of operation of a particular Into-Plane Vehicle any meters on that Into-Plane Vehicle shall be calibrated and sealed by the Department of Legal Metrology, appointed under the Legal Metrology Act 2009 or any other applicable legislation under the supervision of Operator.
