Lender Warrant definition

Lender Warrant means any warrant to purchase shares of capital stock of the Company issued to banks, equipment lessors or other financial institutions pursuant to a debt financing or equipment leasing transaction where the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) has approved the grant to the holder thereof of “piggyback” registration rights.
Lender Warrant means the warrant issued to the Lender to purchase shares of Series A-1 pursuant to that certain Plain English Warrant Agreement, dated May 22, 2008, as amended from time to time.
Lender Warrant means the Common Stock Purchase Warrant, issued on August 14, 2019, for the purchase of 2,000,000 Warrant Shares (as such term is defined in the Lender Warrant).
