Lessor Confirmation Letter definition

Lessor Confirmation Letter means the confirmation letter issued by the Lessor from time to time to the Lessee pursuant to Section 8.2(f) of the Participation Agreement, in a form substantially similar to the form of confirmation letter provided to the Lessee on or prior to the Closing Date.
