Lessor Services definition

Lessor Services has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.

Examples of Lessor Services in a sentence

  • The Rent with respect to such additional Lessor Services may be increased in accordance with Section 5.2 hereof.

  • If the provision by Lessor of increased quantities of any Lessor Services as requested by Lessee would require Lessor to make such a capital improvement, then Lessee may submit a request to Lessor.

  • If increased quantities of any Lessor Services is requested by Lessee, and provided by Lessor, the Rent may be increased in accordance with Section 5.2 hereof.

  • Lessor will supply the Lessor Services listed on this Exhibit D to Lessee with respect to Lessee’s ownership, operation and maintenance of the Tank Farm Assets, together with such additional services and/or Refinery Facilities as the Parties may agree from time to time.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, in the event that (i) Lessee uses the Tank Farm Assets to provide services to third parties; (ii) Lessee’s provision of such third-party services results in a material increase of any Lessor Services required by Lessor Services; and (iii) provision of such Lessor Services is available to Lessee from third-party vendors on commercially reasonable terms, then Lessor may decline to provide such increased and additional Lessor Services.

  • Janitorial service as required in Clause 19.A (Lessor Services) (REPAIR, MAINTENANCE AND JANITORIAL SERVICES), of this Lease, shall be inclusive of, but not limited to, the services as detailed below: NIGHTLY: Sunday through Thursday (County Holidays excepted).

  • In addition to those obligations set forth herein, the Lessor Services Period Representatives shall perform those duties set forth in Article 12 of the Lease.

  • Within five (5) Business Days of the Effective Date, Lessor shall appoint three (3) Lessor Services Period Representatives and BREP shall appoint three (3) BREP Services Period Representatives, each of whom will be authorized to act as a designated contact person(s) for matters concerning this Lease; provided, however, that throughout the Term of this Lease, the Party’s representatives may have different levels of authority to act on behalf of the appointing Party.

  • In addition, in cooperation with BREP, Lessor will designate which Lessor Services Period Representatives (but in any event at least one (1)) will be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week and the means by which such representatives may be contacted at all times.

  • IT Services means any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Group’s data processing or other technology requirements, including software development, support or maintenance, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services, facilities management or hardware maintenance; and

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Freight forwarding services means the activity consisting of organising and monitoring shipment operations on behalf of shippers, through the acquisition of transport and related services, preparation of documentation and provision of business information.

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;
