Level 3 Service definition

Level 3 Service is the service provided to the OEM that isolates the error to a component level of the IBM Product(s). A reasonable commercial effort is to be made to provide an error correction or circumvention or notification that no correction or circumvention is available.
Level 3 Service means the Level 2 Service and in addition to this, two additional emergency repair appointments per annum which include labour on the Equipment. You will be responsible for the cost of any replacement parts that are required outside of the Level 2 Service, but all parts required to maintain the Goods will benefit from a 20% discount on the prices quoted for the duration of the term agreed. If additional visits are required to resolve any issue with the Equipment, these will be charged at the Company’s normal rates.
Level 3 Service. The service provided to resolve reproducible issues that are determined to be, or are highly probable to be, the result of a defect in the American Well System, and which requires design engineering knowledge or expertise to isolate and resolve.

Related to Level 3 Service

  • Enhanced 911 Service (“E911”) means a telephone communication service which will automatically route a call dialed “9-1-1” to a designated public safety answering point (PSAP) attendant and will provide to the attendant the calling party’s telephone number and, when possible, the address from which the call is being placed and the Emergency Response agencies responsible for the location from which the call was dialed.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Continuous emissions monitoring system (CEMS) means all of the equipment that may be required to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of this section, to sample, condition (if applicable), analyze, and provide a record of emissions on a continuous basis.

  • Network Service means a Service provided by means of the Network.

  • Standard Service means Facilities which meet good economic electric industry practice including safety, reliability and operating criteria and standards consistent with the particular characteristics of service as determined by FortisAlberta acting reasonably;

This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.

  • Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) is a provider of enhanced services as those services are defined in 47 CFR Section 64.702.
