Library Literary Properties definition

Library Literary Properties means all literary, dramatic or other works, screenplays, stories, adaptations, scripts, treatments, formats, bibles, manuscripts, outlines, scenarios, characters, concepts, titles, and any and all other literary or dramatic materials of any kind with respect to the Programs and any rights therein in all media now or hereafter devised, including any remake, reissue, sequel, prequel, series, character, legitimate stage, merchandising and other derivative, compilation and ancillary rights of every kind, whether now known or hereafter recognized.
Library Literary Properties means all literary, dramatic or other works, screenplays, stories, adaptations, scripts, treatments, formats, bibles, scenarios, characters, titles, and any and all other literary or dramatic materials of any kind and any rights therein of or relating to any of the Library Pictures or Works in Progress, including, without limitation, any remake, sequel, prequel, series, character, legitimate stage, merchandising and other derivative, compilation and ancillary rights of every kind, whether now or hereafter recognized, in all media including, without limitation, for theatrical, non-theatrical, home video, multi-media, interactive, computer, pay-per-view, television, pay or basic cable, DBS, TVRO, MDS, MMDS, STV or any other form of exhibition or distribution now known or hereafter devised.
Library Literary Properties means all literary, dramatic or other works, screenplays, stories, adaptations, scripts, treatments, formats, bibles, manuscripts, outlines, scenarios, characters, concepts, titles, and any and all other literary or dramatic materials of any kind with respect to the Programs or theme park attractions and any rights therein in all media now or hereafter devised, including any remake, reissue, sequel, prequel, series, character, legitimate stage, merchandising and other derivative, compilation and ancillary rights of every kind, whether now known or hereafter recognized.

More Definitions of Library Literary Properties

Library Literary Properties means any and all Literary Properties that either Seller, or any of its Related Persons, owns or for which either Seller, or any of its Related Persons, has a license to Exploit as of immediately prior to the Final Closing.
Library Literary Properties means all scripts, treatments and formats of any kind with respect to the Library Programs and any rights therein in which the Seller has rights.

Related to Library Literary Properties

  • Undeveloped Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property which are not Developed Property.

  • Common Properties means and refer to those areas of land shown on any recorded subdivision plat of The Properties and intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of the owners of The Properties.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Developed Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property for which Building Permits were issued on or before May 1 of the prior Fiscal Year, provided that such Assessor's Parcels were created on or before January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year and that each such Assessor's Parcel is associated with a Lot, as determined reasonably by the Board.

  • Subject Properties has the meaning specified in Section 5.13(a).

  • Development Property means a Property currently under development for use as an office or industrial building that has not become a Stabilized Property, or on which the improvements (other than tenant improvements on unoccupied space) related to the development have not been completed, provided that such a Development Property on which all improvements (other than tenant improvements on unoccupied space) related to the development of such Property have been completed for at least twelve (12) months shall cease to constitute a Development Property notwithstanding the fact that such Property has not become a Stabilized Property.

  • Company Properties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.1.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Undeveloped Land means, (i) all Real Property set forth on Schedule 1.01D to the 2008 Credit Agreement, (ii) all undeveloped land acquired after the Closing Date and (iii) any operating property of the Borrower or any Subsidiary that is subject to a casualty event that results in such property ceasing to be operational.

  • Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in the granting clause of the Mortgage.

  • Adjoining Property means all sidewalks, driveways, curbs, gores and vault spaces adjoining any of the Leased Premises.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Proprietary Property The term "Proprietary Property" is collectively and severally defined as any written or tangible property owned or used by Company in connection with Company's business, whether or not such property also qualifies as Confidential Information. Proprietary Property shall be broadly defined and shall include, by way of example and not limitation, products, samples, equipment, files, lists, books, notebooks, records, documents, memoranda, reports, patterns, schematics, compilations, designs, drawings, data, test results, contracts, agreements, literature, correspondence, spread sheets, computer programs and software, computer print outs, other written and graphic records, and the like, whether originals, copies, duplicates or summaries thereof, affecting or relating to the business of Company, financial statements, budgets, projections, invoices.

  • Mining Property means a property used for mining operations as defined in the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002 (Act No. 28 of 2002);

  • Developed Land means non-vacant land that is likely to be redeveloped during the planning period.

  • Leased Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(n)(ii).

  • Owned Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • Improved Property means any property upon which there is erected a structure intended for continuous or periodic habitation, occupancy or use by human beings or animals and from which structure Sanitary Sewage and/or Industrial Wastes shall be or may be discharged.

  • Historic building means a building, including its structural components, that is located in this state and that is either individually listed on the national register of historic places under 16 U.S.C. 470a, located in a registered historic district, and certified by the state historic preservation officer as being of historic significance to the district, or is individually listed as an historic landmark designated by a local government certified under 16 U.S.C. 470a(c).

  • Licensee Improvements means any improvement, enhancement, modification, derivative work or upgrade to any of Licensor Patent Rights made, conceived, reduced to practice, affixed or otherwise developed by or on behalf of Licensee during the term of this Agreement and solely as exercised under the License.

  • Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.

  • Private Improvements means the improvements to be constructed on the Property that are not Public Improvements.
