Licence Expiry Date definition

Licence Expiry Date has the meaning given to that term in Clause 12.7;
Licence Expiry Date means the date on which the licence grant under and pursuant to Clause 2 (Licence) and the relevant Product Order expires, as set out in such Product Order.
Licence Expiry Date means the day to be agreed between the parties prior to Closing, but if not so agreed, to be the day 6 months (less one day) after the relevant Closing Date;
