License Entitlement definition

License Entitlement means the quantity of the license metrics pursuant to which the Software is licensed by Sysdig, as set forth in Order Form, which may include servers, agents, containers or hosts.
License Entitlement means the license quantity pursuant to which the SaaS Service is deployed by Sysdig, as set forth in an Order Form, which may be measured by the number of servers, agents, containers, hosts, or metrics, and may include time-based or usage based billing. "License Keys" means an alphanumeric code that enables use of the Software.
License Entitlement means the applicable license metrics and quantities under which the Software is licensed to User, which may include, without limitation, users, nodes, clusters, clients, requests, services, or workspaces as set forth in an Order Form. “License Subscription” means the subscription User purchases to use the Software.

Examples of License Entitlement in a sentence

  • Customer may not decrease its License Entitlement during the relevant Subscription Term.

  • Subject to Customer’s payment of all fees due hereunder, Sysdig grants Customer a limited, non- exclusive, non-sublicenseable, nontransferable (except as specifically permitted in this Agreement) right to access and use the SaaS Service during the applicable Subscription Term, pursuant to the License Entitlement as set forth in the applicable Order Form, solely for Customer’s internal business purposes.

  • Except as expressly set forth in an Order Form or SOW: (a) payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees are non-refundable; and (b) Customer may not decrease the License Entitlement or downgrade to the Introductory SaaS Service during the applicable Subscription Term.

  • If Licensee wishes to increase its actual usage, Licensee must first purchase the corresponding additional License Entitlement.

  • The Licensee’s actual usage and/or installations, including without limitation any usage or installations for failover purposes, may not exceed the License Entitlement at any time or under any circumstances.

  • Customer shall monitor and ensure that use and deployment of the Software under this Agreement is consistent with the applicable License Entitlement, as set forth in the relevant Order Form.

  • Juniper will email the License Entitlement to You at the time of purchase.

  • You must provide a designated email address for receipt of any License Entitlement on the purchase order to Juniper.

  • HashiCorp, through the Business Partner, will increase User’s License Entitlement and adjust its ongoing subscription price to reflect the excess usage, which shall be reflected in a new Order Form.

  • In the case of a conflict between any documents referenced in this Agreement that is not expressly resolved in the documents, the terms will control in the following order: (1) the License Entitlement, including the terms and conditions of the SSLA (if any); (2) this XXXX; (3) the Product Warranty Policy; (4) the Juniper quote, and (6) any other documents, policies or website content linked in this XXXX and hereby incorporated by reference.

  • M2M Entitlement means a Non-Monitoring RTO’s share of a M2M Flowgate’s total capability to be used for settlement purposes that is calculated pursuant to Section 6 of Schedule D to this Agreement.

  • Security Entitlement shall have the meaning specified in Section 8-102(a)(17) of the UCC.

  • Intellectual Property License Agreement means the intellectual property license agreement substantially in the form attached as Exhibit B to the Contribution and Distribution Agreement.

  • Entitlements means, with respect to any Offering, the license and use types, limits, volume, or other measurement or conditions of permitted use for such Offering as set forth in the applicable Order or Supplemental Terms, including but not limited to any limits or restrictions on the number and categories of users authorized to use such Offering, permitted geographic areas, available storage space, computing power, or other attributes and metrics.
