Usage Based Billing Sample Clauses

Usage Based Billing. Usage-Based Billed Services will be billed based on amount of consumption by Customer and in intervals set forth in an applicable Service Schedule or Ordering Document. Each unit of a Usage-Based Billed Service consumed by Customer will be rounded up to the next whole unit. A base rate and overage rate for the Services may be established by INAP and communicated to Customer in an applicable Service Schedule or Ordering Document. Customer will be responsible for the tracking and controlling of its usage of the Usage-Based Billed Services, and INAP will have no responsibility to notify Customer pertaining to any usage.

Usage Based Billing. Fees which are paid for by usage (e.g., IP count, bandwidth, devices, users, workloads, etc.) may be reconciled with actual usage at VECTRA’s discretion. VECTRA reserves the right to perform true-up reconciliation and charge for any usage above the volume purchased. To calculate End User usage, VECTRA will sample the amount of usage observed by any Product every hour. At the end of any 30-day period, the samples are ordered from highest to lowest. The top five percent (5%) of the samples are discarded. The highest remaining sample (i.e., End User’s usage at the ninety-fifth percentile (95th %)) is the measured usage.

Usage Based Billing. Frappe may provide the ability to pay for certain services based on the usage of such services. Frappe shall regularly generate and provide invoices for such services. The invoiced amount for all such services must be paid by Customer within ten (10) days of the date on which the invoice is provided by Xxxxxx in the Customer's account on the Service.
