Licensee shall not transfer the Licensed Cell Line to any Third Party except to a permitted sublicensee, as described in Section 2.2 above, permitted Third Party Manufacturer, or an assignee.
Licensee agrees that no attempt will be made by or on behalf of Licensee to modify or reverse engineer the Licensed Cell Line or attempt to reverse engineer, recreate or assemble the Construct(s).
