Licensed Electronic Products definition

Licensed Electronic Products means the electronic (online) editions of Wiley journals and other publications and the content therein, including but not limited to major reference works, Current Protocols laboratory manuals and databases which the Customers have licensed hereunder as specified in the appropriate Appendices, as follows: APPENDIX B: LICENSED ELECTRONIC JOURNALS – THE DATABASE

Examples of Licensed Electronic Products in a sentence

  • The contents of the Licensed Electronic Products are solely for the personal, non-commercial use of the Authorized Users.

  • Upon termination of this Agreement and where Wiley has the right to deliver, Wiley will provide the Customer with perpetual access to specific content from certain Licensed Electronic Products if and as stated in the attached Appendices.

Related to Licensed Electronic Products

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Licensed Product means a product, method or service in the Licensed Field of Use, the making, having made, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent.

  • Electronic prescription means a written prescription that is generated on an electronic application and is transmitted to a pharmacy as an electronic data file; Schedules II through V prescriptions shall be transmitted in accordance with 21 CFR Part 1300.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.

  • Combination Products means any product containing both a pharmaceutically active agent or ingredient which constitutes a Licensed Product and one or more other pharmaceutically active agents or ingredients which do not constitute Licensed Products.
