Licensed Enzyme definition

Licensed Enzyme means any Enzyme that is developed under this Agreement --------------- and then commercialized for use in a Project Field. The Licensed Enzyme and Project Field shall be designated on and listed in Appendix C attached thereto and made a part thereof.

Examples of Licensed Enzyme in a sentence

  • Acorda shall, either through its own efforts and/or those of its Affiliates, use commercially reasonable efforts to develop and commercialize, and/or sublicense for development and commercialization, Licensed Enzyme Products and Licensed Small Molecule Inhibitor Products (subject to the limitation on sublicensing in Section 2.4 with respect to Small Molecule Inhibitor Products) as it deems appropriate, in the exercise of its business judgment.

  • Any damages or costs recovered in connection with any action filed by Acorda under this Section 7.1 which exceed Acorda’s out-of-pocket costs and expenses of litigation, shall be deemed to be Net Sales of Licensed Enzyme Products in the fiscal quarter received by Acorda.

  • Upon exercise of the Option, and payment of the license fee set forth in Section 5.2 herein, Diversa will grant to RPAN an exclusive, worldwide license, including the right to grant sublicenses, to use the Licensed Enzyme to the extent necessary to make and have made the Catalyst to use in the production of the Product (the "License").

  • RPAN shall maintain complete and accurate records of the Licensed Enzyme used or sold by them or their Sublicensees under this Agreement, and any amounts payable to Diversa in relation such use or sale, which records shall contain sufficient information for Diversa to confirm the accuracy of such records.

  • Each milestone payment will be made for each Licensed Enzyme Therapeutic Product listed in Column 1 that achieves the applicable milestone event, regardless of the number of Licensed Enzyme Therapeutic Products that achieve each such milestone event.

  • The License will become effective upon payment of the license fee as set forth in Section 5.2 and will continue, in any country, until the expiration of the last to expire patent rights covering the Licensed Enzyme in any country (the "Royalty Term").

Related to Licensed Enzyme

  • Licensed Product means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use: (A) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or (B) which is made with, uses or incorporates any Technology.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Licensed producer means an agent, broker, or reinsurance intermediary licensed pursuant to the applicable provision of the insurance law of any jurisdiction.

  • Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).

Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.

  • Licensed Field means [***].

  • Licensed System means, collectively:

  • Licensed Site means a place in any authorised street at which street trading may be engaged in by a Licence Holder, and includes any temporary alternative place approved by the Council or a duly authorised Officer of the Council.

  • Marijuana product means marijuana as defined in 50-32-101 and marijuana-infused products

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents, the Licensor Know-How, Licensor Materials, and Non-Patent Rights Controlled by Licensor or its Affiliates embodied in Licensor Know-How or Licensor Materials.

  • Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:

  • Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Licensee Technology means the Licensee Know-How and Licensee Patents.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • Aerosol Product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”
