Licensed Inventions definition

Licensed Inventions means the inventions claimed in the Licensed Patents.
Licensed Inventions means improvements and inventions concerning the N64 System, including inventions which are or may become the subject matter of various patents or patent applications.
Licensed Inventions means the invention(s) defined by the claims of the LICENSED PATENT(S), including both LICENSED PRODUCT(S) and/or LICENSED PROCESS(ES) and as may be further limited by ARTICLE II.

  • No royalty as provided in this Article 4 will be collected or paid hereunder to the Licensor on Licensed Inventions Sold to, or otherwise exploited for, the account of the United States Government.
