Licensed Volume definition

Licensed Volume means the limitation(s) on Your Annual Volume for each Item as initially specified in Exhibit 1(a) and increased pursuant to Section 6(c). You represent to Epic that You reasonably calculated Your expected Annual Volume for each Item based on Your current operations as if each Item were fully implemented and that such expected Annual Volume does not exceed the initial Licensed Volume for such Item as provided in Exhibit 1(a).
Licensed Volume means the volume or other measurement of permitted use for the Products as agreed to by Imperva.
Licensed Volume means any restrictions placed on the use of the SERVICE as detailed in Exhibit A which may be changed from time to time by way of an Addendum to this agreement and according to any additional fees applicable within Exhibit A.
