Software Module definition

Software Module means either: a. a standard Software module as may be made generally available by Sandvine from time to time to Sandvine’s customers (“Standard Software Module”); or b. a non-standard Software module, which may include a customized or bespoke Software module (which may include the customization or modification of a Standard Software Module) to achieve certain desired functionality in an End User’s network that is not made generally available by Sandvine to its customers (“Custom Software Module”); For clarity, Software Modules (including Custom Software Modules provided for the End User) are Sandvine’s, and not the End Users, intellectual property.
Software Module means software module used for the Tool Program, which will be identified in Appendix A.
Software Module part of the Software/business component representing particular Software tasks that meets a single business need of an End User.

Examples of Software Module in a sentence

  • The “Deployment Type” (i.e., SaaS Software and On-Premise Software) and “Licensing Model” associated with each Software Module may be set forth on the Purchase Document or it may be defined in the Module Licensing Description.

  • Any capitalized terms used in this Software Module shall have the meanings given in the Foundation Agreement unless otherwise provided herein.
