Licensee Computer definition

Licensee Computer means the Objectway Technologies computer hardware equipment and operating systems, which Objectway Technologies has provided to Licensee or for which Licensee has procured the Software license.
Licensee Computer means the Licensee computing device for which Licensor provides License Files to enable access to and use of the Licensed Materials. The Licensee Computer may also be referred to in some cases as a “License Server”.
Licensee Computer means the Scale computer hardware equipment and operating systems, which Scale has provided to Licensee or for which Licensee has procured the Software license.

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Metadata includes all information created manually or automatically to provide meaning or context to other data.
