License Files definition

License Files means license data according to the given Quote and a license key that is needed to use the HiveMQ Software sent to Customer in the form of an electronic file.
License Files means license files, license keys, activation codes, passwords, or the like required to install, access, enable, and / or use the Licensed Materials.
License Files means the specific technical details to run the MES Product

  • License Files and/or License Certificates may be replaced for various purposes as agreed to by AVEVA and Customer.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, equipment or components of or relating to the Services that are not proprietary to NCIT.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Receivable File means the documents (whether tangible or electronic) specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.

  • Intellectual property record means a record, other than a financial or administrative record, that is produced or collected by or for faculty or staff of a state institution of higher learning in the conduct of or as a result of study or research on an educational, commercial, scientific, artistic, technical, or scholarly issue, regardless of whether the study or research was sponsored by the institution alone or in conjunction with a governmental body or private concern, and that has not been publicly released, published, or patented.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Subject Data As used in this section, “subject data” means recorded information, whether or not copyrighted, that is delivered or specified to be delivered as required by the Underlying Agreement. Examples of subject data include, but are not limited to computer software, standards, specifications, engineering drawings and associated lists, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, catalog item identifications, and related information, but do not include financial reports, cost analyses, or other similar information used for performance or administration of the Underlying Agreement.

  • Third-party filer means an entity that submits a Product filing to the Commission on behalf of an Insurer.

  • Technical Information means technical data or computer software, as those terms are defined in the clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, Rights in Technical Data-Non Commercial Items, regardless of whether or not the clause is incorporated in this solicitation or contract. Examples of technical information include research and engineering data, engineering drawings, and associated lists, specifications, standards, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, technical orders, catalog-item identifications, data sets, studies and analyses and related information, and computer software executable code and source code.

  • Electronic File Transfer means any system or process that utilizes an electronic format and protocol to send or receive data files.

  • Regulatory Materials means regulatory applications, submissions, notifications, registrations, Marketing Authorizations or other written materials, correspondence, submissions made to or with a Regulatory Authority that are necessary or reasonably desirable in order to Develop, Manufacture or Commercialize the Licensed Products in the Field in a particular country.

  • Seller Software means all material Software owned or licensed by the Seller or used by the Seller in the operation of the Seller’s Business.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Loan Files means the documents specified in Section 2.1 of the Sale Agreement.

  • Student Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a student that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the student through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the student by a teacher or other LEA employee. For the purposes of this Agreement, Student Records shall be the same as Educational Records, and Covered Information, all of which are deemed Student Data for the purposes of this Agreement.   • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.
