Licensee Fee definition

Licensee Fee means and include all such charges detailed and described in clause 3 of the agreement.
Licensee Fee shall have the meaning set forth below.
Licensee Fee means, the sum of money payable monthly by the licensee in accordance with the terms and conditions of the license in respect of the said premises.

Examples of Licensee Fee in a sentence

  • Upon receipt of Licensee Fee from Licensee, Balsamiq will (a) supply the Licensee with the Product via electronic download; and (b) provide Software Maintenance as defined in Clause 6 below.

  • If, the Licensee fails to vacate the premises within the grace period penalty of twice the prevalent monthly Licensee Fee shall be chargeable for occupation for this 90 days period.

  • Licensee is subscribed in the Plan for a fee equal to 12.5% of the Licensee Fee identified in Paragraph 13 hereof for a period of one (1) year following the delivery date of Licensed Product.

  • Licensee shall be required to pay fees for tests for each Platform as set forth in the Licensee Fee Schedule.

  • The Perpetual Licensee Fee is a one-time buyout fee for use of Npcap in accordance with this Agreement.


More Definitions of Licensee Fee

Licensee Fee means an amount of the Full Price Service Fee Revenue paid to GDSA by Licensee for so long as this Agreement remains in effect. Full Price shall mean the pricing displayed on wxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and/or and/or wxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xx and/or at any given time. A custom plan for Licensee can be tailored by GDSA and Licensee together. In all circumstances, the profit sharing shall be split with GDSA as follows:

Licensee Fee means the fee which is charged by the Licensee to the Representative for the Representative (and any Sub-Authorised Representative) to retain an Authorisation. This fee is detailed in the Licensee’s Terms and Conditions and as otherwise advised by the Licensee from time to time.

Licensee Fee as used herein shall mean the amount of Four Million and No/100 Dollars ($4,000,000.00) to be paid in full in a single payment by Licensee to Licensor on or before the date of this Agreement.
