Licensee Fibers definition

Licensee Fibers or “Product” means the Fibers that are licensed to Licensee under an Order Form.
Licensee Fibers. Licensor’s Network: Fiber Optic License or “License”: The optical fibers in which the Licensor is granting the Licensee this Lease in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as specified in Article 2.

Examples of Licensee Fibers in a sentence

  • Licensee is solely responsible for all optical and other equipment required to enable Licensee to utilize the Licensee Fibers for optical communications.

  • A license of Licensee Fibers does not convey any ownership interest in the Licensee Fibers or the Cable.

  • If at any time during the Product Term, all or any significant portion of the Cable is taken for any public or quasi-public purpose by any lawful power or authority by the exercise of the right of condemnation or eminent domain and, after exercise of the Parties’ commercially prudent efforts, the Cable cannot be relocated pursuant to Section 4.3 herein, either Party may elect to terminate the impacted Licensee Fibers upon giving the other thirty (30) days prior written notice.

  • Licensee may not access or take any action that impacts the Licensee Fibers or the Cable at any other locations.

  • If Licensee Fibers are terminated in accordance with this Section, the applicable license shall be deemed canceled and neither Party shall have any further obligations to the other, except that both Parties shall be entitled to participate in any condemnation proceedings to seek to obtain compensation via separate awards for the economic value of their respective interest in the Cable.

  • Each Order Form will specify the number, identity, type, and route of the Licensee Fibers, and the permitted Locations where Licensee may access the Licensee Fibers.

  • Licensee shall have no right or interest in the Licensee Fibers other than a license to use the Licensee Fibers.

  • By virtue of the Agreement, Licensee shall only have a license to use the Licensee Fibers or related facilities, expressly granted herein, and in no event shall such license be construed to be greater than the Underlying Rights to use such Licensee Fibers.

  • Licensee shall not assign, sell, transfer, lease, sublease, license, sub-license, or otherwise grant a right to use the Licensee Fibers to any third party without the prior written consent of Crown Castle.

  • Crown Castle may not be the owner of the Licensee Fibers but may instead lease, license, or acquire a right to use such Licensee Fibers from a third party together with the right to sub-lease Licensee Fibers to Crown Castle’s Licensees.

  • Licensee has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Patents and the Licensed Know-How.

  • Licensor means the copyright owner or entity authorized by the copyright owner that is granting the License.

  • License Key means a unique key-code that enables Licensee to run Software subject to the obtained User Pack.

  • Licensee Technology means the Licensee Know-How and Licensee Patents.

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Sublicensees as used herein in either singular or plural shall mean any person or entity other than an AFFILIATED COMPANY to which Company has granted a sublicense under this Agreement.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space on the premises approved by the department for the purpose of providing licensed child care.

  • Licensee Parties has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.1.

  • Licensees means, collectively, the licensees, sublicensees or distributors under the License Agreements; each a “Licensee”.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.
