Licensee System definition

Licensee System shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 3(a)(i).

Licensee System means the system owned or licensed by Licensee underlying Licensee’s Internet service, and including, without limitation, any and all technology, know-how, trade secrets, inventions, standardized subroutines, computer programs, software tools, processes, coding, works of authorship, development tools and programming techniques which are incorporated therein (excluding Software and/or Hosted Services).

Licensee System shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Service License Agreement.

Licensee System means the “Paid Listing” systems, technologies, methodologies, services, and products, as currently available at Licensee’s website, xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx and xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx as the same have been made available prior to the Effective Date or are made available from time to time during the Term, by Licensee and its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
