Licensor Product definition

Licensor Product means any of etrasimod, lorcaserin, nelotanserin, olorinab, or temanogrel, in any dosage strength or formulation.

Licensor Product refers to the digital parcel map database layer with extended attributes for every county within the LICENSOR’s “Coverage Area” provided as-is from county data sponsors. Each such database is supported by MetaData files. The LICENSOR Product is delivered online within the ArcGIS operations and upon download, upon desktop. All content has a common projection, standardized theme/attribute naming conventions for each county. Data standard of all delivered content is compliant with ATTACHMENT A: ParcelAtlas DATA MODEL. Metadata values tracked include the version date, accuracy, parcel count, completeness, update rate, extended attribute rates (situs, characteristics, and owner information) and metropolitan area name.

Licensor Product shall have the meaning set forth in Appendix A.

Examples of Licensor Product in a sentence

• The Licensor Product Commercialization Plan shall be updated and reviewed at least annually.

• With respect to the Licensor Product Platform Software, End User may use such Software only on one (1) Licensor Product.

• If a product manufactured by Licensor fails to conform to the Licensor Product limited warranty above, Licensor shall at its option either (i) repair or replace the non-conforming Product to remedy the non-conformity or (ii) refund or credit Licensee the amounts paid for the Product in exchange for return of the non-conforming Product.

• With respect to the Licensor Product Desktop Software, End User may reproduce and provide one (1) copy of such Software for each personal computer or Licensor Product on which such Software is used as permitted hereunder.

• The amounts due to Licensor as set forth in the applicable Order Form do not include, and Licensee shall pay, any sales, use, property, value- added or other taxes (including any amounts to be withheld for the purpose of paying the foregoing) relating to, resulting from or based on use of the Licensor Product.

More Definitions of Licensor Product

Licensor Product means products, systems or services that are designed, made, used, sold, exchanged for consideration or otherwise disposed of by or on behalf of Licensor.

Licensor Product means a semiconductor device, at whatever stage of completion in the manufacturing process, in die, wafer or chip form, manufactured by Licensee for or on behalf of Licensor, including for Licensor’s customers and supplied to Licensor or to a third party on behalf of Licensor pursuant to the Foundry Services Agreement.

Licensor Product. If Licensee has purchased online access to the [LICENSOR] Product ("[LICENSOR] Online"), the license granted by Licensor gives Licensee the right to access the online version of the [LICENSOR] Product as follows:
